Welcoming Party!

Hello CCFers,

Guess what? I finally took some time this weekend to upload some of the photos the previous welcoming party. Yay!

Looking back through these pictures reminded me of how much wonderful time we had together. We had an opening speech by Oscar, testimony from Benny, awesome worship led by CCFers, Ice breaking game, special words from Pastor Billy & the AMAZING food  prepared and arranged by Faith!

I hope it was a good opportunity to meet & learn about each other.

Also, a TREMENDOUS thanks to all who devoted their time & effort & brains into making this event possible. You know who you are! ;) I seriously do think it's so cool how we could organize such a big event in short amount of time. Thanks to you all again, God bless you!

Last week, Phil, Trevor & I took a night trip around UST to stick posters as part of CCF welcoming party promotions :)

It was so much fun!

WE are group of English-speaking Christian fellows at HKUST.

Yes. Yes. This is so ex!t!ng!

As we began a new semester, we've decided to start a blog where we can share & grow in Christ all together. HKUST is a lovely campus but sometimes there are hardships too. Our aim is to serve one another in Christ and embrace one another like arm pillow! 

I have so many ideas as to how to run this blog. So stay tuned!

I'd like to end this post by sharing one of my favorite quotes by Martin Luther King on Christian fellowship:

It is the part of a Christian to take care of his own body for the very purpose that by its soundness and well being he may be enabled to labour... for the aid of those who are in want, that thus the stronger member may serve the weaker member, and we may be children of God, and busy for one another, bearing one another's burdens, and so fulfiling the law of Christ.
